I am not an UGGs fan. I think they are unflattering in general, however with temperatures below 10F I knew I had to get something. Although I found it pricy, I think it is worth every penny. I've got so many compliments from the first day... I wish they were a little better on slippery areas (snow/ice).

I love this boot! The only exception to this is the boot is slightly large, but would fit at ordered size if a thick sock was worn. So soft and warm. Can't think of anything that's really a negative to this boot.

Bought them as a gift for my teenage daughter, and she loves them. Very timely service. They look the same as advertised. Very good quality and comfortable fit.
