My review (4 stars) is based on my initial impression, and wearing (inside the house) of these boots. They are comfortable, and true to size. I generally wear a 9.5 wide tennis shoe (other shoe styles may vary for me), so that is the size I ordered, with some apprehension. These are a near perfect fit. I would like some more room in the toe box, but the fit is actually fine there too. The arch support is excellent as well (I have normal arches).
The shoe isn't cute, or small- but then again, it is an industrial work boot with a steel toe, and I doubt any such shoe would look cute on my giant feet... it does look more stylish than most of the women's (and men's) work boots out there.
These boots seem solidly constructed (I'll update later how well they actually hold up in the field), but are still reasonably light for work boots... much lighter than other steel toe shoes I've owned. So far they are easy to tie and move around in.
I've noticed lately that descriptions for many products on Amazon, such as this one, are inadequate. If you're ordering safety shoes, you most likely need them to comply with some safety policy (in my case I needed waterproof, steel toe, electrical hazard shoes), and this information should be clearly listed for the consumer. Since whoever listed this on Amazon failed to put any relevant safety information of this shoe in the description, I pulled some specs off Keen website, the important one being that it meets ASTM, ANSI standards:

Recently I ordered a pair of Keen Utility Women's Detroit steel toe workboots in a wide which i have only worn once because by the end of my workday my feet hurt so bad because the boots squeezed the heck out of my feet allday so therfore i will not be wearing these boots again. Any comfort I could have gotten out of these boots were taking away by the constant squeezing of my feet. I have ordered other wide width steel toe boots and I must say these don't compare.

Spend 10 + hours on my feet every day in plants, on concrete, steel grate, ladders... After trying and almost settling for the wolverine women steel toe boots, the keens are more comfortable. Not by much, but at the end of the day, my feet and legs are in better shape. I also have a pair of the detroit lower shoes. They are about a half size larger than these. The return and exchange process was hasstle free and VERY fast.
