So first off, these boots are really, really cute. The color is true to it's picture and they go well with skinny jeans & skirts. The seller, ZOOSHOO shipped this item & the package arrived a bit less than 48 hours later. These boots (at the time of this review) are not Prime eligable.
PROS:
1. True to color & size (with a trouser sock)... see CONS for other comments on size.
2. Fast shipping
3. Don't completely look like leatherette
4. Fast response from seller regards return policy... see CONS for other comments

CONS:
1. I should have heeded other reviewers advice with regards to buying a 1/2 size up. These boots are true to size if worn with a trouser sock - great for people in warm climates. I live in a cold place, so I will always wear these with thick socks. My feet are narrow & they are still too small - especially in the toe area - with anything thicker than a thin sock.
2. The seller has a horrible return policy that isn't listed on their seller page. I had to email them in order to get it. If boots are returned or exchanged, then you pay shipping & there is a restocking fee. So because of the snug fit of these boots, I feel stuck with them.
3. Prior to purchasing these, many reviews talked about the smell of these boots. I too smelled this smell upon opening up the box. I am sure that these were never aired out prior to shipping & most shoes smell like this in the stores, but they have time to air themselves out. When I opened up the box, I put a dryer sheet inside each boot & placed them outside overnight on my covered patio. The next day, the smell wasn't as noticable as before. Although a slight smell has lingered even after wearing them 5 times.
Overall I am happy with these boots. They really are cute & just what I was looking for... & the price can't be beat. I just wish that I did buy a 1/2 size up as I would be more comfortable that way.

I was ecstatic when I found these cuties online - and amazed to learn they were available in my size. (When you wear an 11, you just go with the best of the ugly shoes you can find - apparently shoe designers think those with big feet have no taste.) I was beyond thrilled when the boots arrived - they are really cute in person! The soles concerned me a little because they look like funky rubber up close. When they are more than 6" from your face, though, the soles look "normal". (The "funkiness" totally disappears.) These boots are absolutely A-dor-A-ble!
Incredibly saddened when I slipped them on and my toes were pinched, I thought they would stretch. Zipped up the boots and LOVED how they looked. LOVED THEM! I stood up to go look at them in a mirror and OUCH! The toe box of the boots became painfully small. I would say these great boots run at least a half, probably one full size too small. They run small enough that if you order your normal size, you need a cobbler to stretch the shoes for you...or you won't be able to get through an hour with these on. And believe me, I'm always willing to sacrifice for great shoes...the greater the shoes, the more I'm willing to sacrifice. The sacrifice these boots required was just too much. They may be a fantastic deal but if you can't wear them, how great of a deal are they really? My closet certainly doesn't need another pair of shoes I can't wear cluttering the floor!
Bottom line: These are amazing for the price - SOO cute to wear in the fall/winter. Do yourself a favor though...order a size larger. That way you won't have to return them like I did. :(

These were definitely a great value and by far my favorite shoes. I wear them all the time, I have them in black and my sister purchased at the same time in cognac. They fit very well, true to size and perfectly around my calves. These have the expensive look for a great price. I'm very satisfied with these boots, these are a must have for this season.
