These boots are my most comfy work/play boots. The suede is velvety. The fit was great right out of the box. The heel is stylish but modest enough to be wearable from morning to night. I am very happy about this purchase and am glad I didn't put Rockport in the off-limits "only for old ladies" category.

Awesome boot! Excellent value-perfect fit. I am really a 10 1/2 which is NEVER available and it is true to size. Good support, great heel height for all day standing. Leather is superior quality.

I must say, I don't normally write product reviews but these boots are THE MOST COMFORTABLE while being stylish. I was visiting Washington, D. C. about a month ago and was running late for my White House tour so I jumped out of the car and ran all around the White House, in these boots, looking for the tour entrance. Well I was finally stopped by Secret Service who reassured me that I would still get to tour even if I was late. I looked down at my boots and they still looked good after enduring all that running!! I want to get them in another color.
