These booties look great with tights and flatter my athletic legs. My feet are on the wider side and I am usually size 8.5, sometimes 9 because the width of my feet. I ordered these in 8.5 and they were a bit snug but were not uncomfortable. The zipper does jingle but I got used to it quickly. I also waxed the zipper so it was easier to zip up and down.

I ordered these boots in the tan/brown color and they were so cute I had to get the black as well. However, the black has a copper colored zipper just like the zipper on the tan/brown pair. This zipper ruins the look of what otherwise would be a classy and cute boot that could be worn for dress as well as casual...it makes them look "cheap". I am very disappointed and will be returning them.

These boots are wonderful!!! Love, love, love them. No breaking in required. Very good quality. The zipper in back jingles when you walk...kinda like spurs.
